Payment Terms
All prices include 10% GST. Payment upon delivery via bank transfer.
Delivery
Digital files via secure cloud links (e.g., Google Drive, One Drive or WeTransfer). Physical deliveries use Australia Post.
Important Information
For the best slideshow results, please send clear, high-resolution images and smooth video clips. Blurry or low-quality files can affect the final output.
You can include both photos and videos in your slideshow. Long clips may be trimmed to keep the pacing smooth.
Organise your files in the order you’d like them to appear. If no order is given, we’ll arrange them in a natural sequence.
Standard editing includes light cropping, color correction, and transitions. We don’t offer advanced photo restoration or heavy video editing.
