How do I send you my photos and videos?
After you place an order or get in touch, I’ll send you a link to upload your files securely via Google Drive, OneDrive, or WeTransfer—whatever works best for you.
How long does it take to complete a slideshow?
Turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of the project, but most standard slideshows are ready within 3–5 business days. Rush delivery is also available on request.
Can I request changes after seeing the first version?
Absolutely! One round of revisions is included with every project to make sure you’re happy with the final result.
What format will I receive my slideshow in?
You’ll receive a high-quality MP4 video file, compatible with all major devices and perfect for sharing online or at events. Need a different format? Just let me know!
